Current wearables provide generic, siloed time-series data (e.g., heart rate over time) for a person, but they completely lack medical and situational context. VISH dynamically contextualizes the informaiton based on the specific health journey the user is navigating. A hydration log means something entirely different to a Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patient than it does to a pregnant woman or someone managing an oncology treatment plan. VISH organizes generic device data, user uploads into a journey-specific context so that family members, remote adult children, and physicians can easily make meaningful decisions.
